Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your QPLAYGRAM account at any time. There are two ways: delete it yourself inside the app, or email us if you no longer have access to the app.
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, you can request deletion by email. Send the request from the email address registered to your account — we need it to verify your identity.
We complete requests within 30 days at the latest.
From inside the app
This is the fastest route; deletion starts the moment you confirm.
- Open the QPLAYGRAM app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Under Account, tap “Delete account”.
- Read the warning and confirm.
What gets deleted
Deletion covers your entire account:
- Your account and profile details
- Your posts, clips and every image and video you uploaded
- Your comments, likes and follow connections
- Messages you sent and received
- Your Steam connection and the game data shown in your showcase
- Team memberships and raffle entry records
- The Sign in with Apple authorisation, if you used it
How long data is kept
Your data is removed from our systems once deletion is confirmed. Clearing it from security backups can take up to 30 days; during that period backups are held only for disaster recovery and are not read by anyone.
Where we are legally required to retain records (for example a moderation log relating to a safety report), only those records are kept, and only for as long as required.
This cannot be undone
A deleted account cannot be restored. You can create a new account with the same username, but your previous content will not come back.
