1. Acceptance, eligibility and your account
By registering for or using QPLAYGRAM, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
- Be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live
- Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details and take responsibility for account activity
- Do not impersonate others, create accounts without permission or transfer your account
- Do not use the service unlawfully or in a way that harms its security
- Delete your account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete account
2. Content and conduct rules
You may not post, send, promote or distribute:
- Any child sexual abuse or exploitation material
- Non-consensual nudity, sexual content or sexual exploitation
- Content encouraging violence, self-harm or dangerous acts
- Harassment, bullying, threats, targeting, hate speech or discrimination
- Private information shared without consent, stalking or identity theft
- Illegal goods or services, weapons, drugs or gambling promotion
- Spam, fraud, phishing, manipulation or deceptive conduct
- Content infringing copyright, trademark, personality or privacy rights
- Malware, viruses, harmful links or attempts to disrupt the service
- Artificial engagement, bots, scraping or unauthorised automation
3. Reporting, blocking and enforcement
You can report posts, comments and profiles in the app and block users. Blocking is mutual: the parties cannot see each other's posts, comments or messages.
We assess reports within 24 hours, remove violating content, and may warn, restrict, suspend or close an account. Urgent safety risks are prioritised. We consider context, severity, repetition and user safety.
If you believe a moderation decision is wrong, appeal at Support@qplaygram.com. We may limit clearly abusive or repeated submissions.
4. Your content and the licence
You retain ownership of your content. By sharing it, you grant QPLAYGRAM only the worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence needed to operate the service: hosting, technically reproducing, displaying and delivering it according to your privacy setting.
The licence ends when content is deleted, although secure backups may take limited time to clear and we cannot control independent copies previously shared by others. We do not use your content in advertising or sell it to third parties.
Upload only content you have the right to share. Rights notices may be sent to Support@qplaygram.com with the content URL and ownership details.
5. Steam and third-party services
Steam connection is optional. Your games, playtime, inventory and achievements may become part of your showcase. Disconnect it in settings. QPLAYGRAM is not endorsed by or affiliated with Valve, Steam, Apple or Google.
Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their outages, data changes or account actions.
6. Service availability and beta status
QPLAYGRAM is under development and is provided as available. We may improve, change, temporarily pause or remove features. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or security.
We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device, but we use reasonable technical care and work to resolve material outages.
7. Suspension, termination and deletion
If you breach these Terms or the law, put users at risk or abuse the service, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend or close your account. Unless there is an urgent risk, we try to give notice appropriate to the breach.
You may delete your account at any time. The Privacy Policy explains the effect on data. Provisions that by nature must survive termination, including intellectual-property and liability terms, remain effective.
8. Liability and mandatory consumer rights
You use the service at your own responsibility. User content and opinions are not QPLAYGRAM's. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss.
Nothing in these Terms removes non-waivable consumer or data-protection rights or limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for product, safety or legal changes. We update the date and announce material changes in the app or through another appropriate channel. Continued use after they take effect means acceptance only to the extent allowed by law.
