1. Scope and controller
QPLAYGRAM is a social app where players create profiles, share gaming moments, follow and message each other, and optionally connect Steam. This policy covers the mobile app, qplaygram.com and support communications.

3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide your account and requested features, perform our agreement with you, keep the service secure, comply with legal duties and pursue legitimate operational interests. We rely on consent for optional features such as Steam connection and device permissions; you can withdraw consent by turning the feature off.

4. Public information and visibility
Your username, display name, profile photo, bio and Steam showcase are visible to other users. Posts from public accounts are visible to everyone; posts from private accounts are visible only to approved followers. Messages are visible only to conversation participants, although reported content may be reviewed for safety.
Consider carefully what you place in public areas. You can change privacy choices in the app settings.
6. Feed ranking, cookies and local storage
Post-viewing time and interactions help decide which content appears higher in your feed. This ranking does not make legal or similarly significant decisions and does not automatically restrict your account, access or fundamental rights.
qplaygram.com uses no behavioural advertising or analytics cookies. It stores only your language preference in local storage. You can clear this preference in your browser settings.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep account and content data while your account remains open. Deleting your account removes your profile, posts, images, comments, messages, likes, follows and Steam data from active systems. Secure backups may take up to 30 days to clear.
Limited security and report records may be retained for as long as necessary to prevent abuse, resolve disputes or meet legal duties. When a retention period ends, the data is deleted or de-identified.
8. Your rights and requests

- Use data portability and object to processing where applicable
- Withdraw consent for consent-based processing
- Object to solely automated processing that creates a significant adverse result

Edit your profile in the app; use Settings → Account → Delete account to delete your account and Settings → Steam → Disconnect to remove Steam data. For other requests, email Support@qplaygram.com. We respond within the period required by applicable law.
9. Children’s privacy
QPLAYGRAM is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If your country requires a higher digital-consent age or parental permission, that rule applies. Report an ineligible account and we will remove it and associated data after verification.
10. Security, changes and contact
Data is protected in transit with HTTPS, and access is restricted through authentication and row-level authorisation. No system is risk-free. If a breach creates a risk to your rights and freedoms, we provide notices required by applicable law.
